PRACTICAL DETAILS
There will usually be a small group of people training together. We have found that this is beneficial to you as it will enhance your learning. The numbers are usually restricted to no more than 4
1 to 1 sessions can be arranged where appropriate and this can be discussed upon receipt of your application form.
Course Timetable
The course is run over 3 consecutive days. Please arrive at 9.45 a.m. ready for a prompt start at 10.00 a.m. The course will finish between 2.00 and 3.00 p.m. depending on numbers.. There are refreshment breaks in each session. .

* Follow up telephone session a week after the Lightning Process to make sure you are on track and to assist you with any further coaching.
* The Lightning Process CD which is designed to enable you to put the Lightning Process into practice in your day to day life.
